Deborah Repak has been part of First Rate since its inception. She initially worked as a part-time consultant, then became the second full-time employee in May of 1992. As a General Manager, she is directly involved in the overall strategic direction of the company.

After 20+ years developing, managing, and leading the Products team as a General Manager at First Rate, Deborah is currently leading the global effort to onboard new clients in the Asia-Pacific region and the European market. Focused primarily on marketing and business development to bring the First Rate solutions and culture to new markets, her technical background in product development provides the expertise to address new requirements and unique needs of these markets. Solutions such as multi-currency performance, attribution, and multi-language reporting provided by First Rate have helped create opportunities for serving wealth management firms around the globe. Her role includes setting up new First Rate offices in the UK and Singapore regions and managing the creation of new business lines outside the domestic US market.

Repak is a graduate of Louisiana State University, where she earned a Bachelors degree in Quantitative Analysis and Computer Science. She also has an MBA in Finance from the University of North Texas, and she earned an Associate degree in Culinary Arts from the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco. She has one daughter and enjoys traveling and using her culinary arts training to entertain friends and family.
