Hugh (Bo) McWilliams is responsible for First Rate’s data centers, infrastructure, data processing operations, and security. He also oversees Managed Hosting’s client recruiting and retention, as well as evaluation of new business opportunities for the division.

McWilliams has worked as an information technology manager of software development and operations for over 25 years in the broker-dealer, RIA, and commercial real estate space. Prior to his current position, he served as Information Technology Director at H.D. Vest, Inc. and Director of Information Technology and Software Development at Crescent Real Estate Equities. He joined First Rate in 2008 as the General Manager of the Professional Services division.

McWilliams holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Southern Mississippi.
