Debra Detweiler is a highly motivated, passionate, and results-oriented executive with 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. As the General Manager for First Rate Solutions, Performance and Integrations, Debra is responsible for driving the strategic direction of the First Rate CORE suite of applications:  Advisor, Analyst, ACE and ExecView. First Rate’s performance and reporting solutions are used by over 500 Wealth Management institutions worldwide, with over $2 trillion in assets on the platform.

Prior to joining First Rate in 2017, Detweiler was the Senior Vice President of Investment Support Services for the Wealth Investment Management division of Wells Fargo. Providing oversight and strategic direction, Debra led a team of 54 investment professionals who delivered investment performance reporting and SMA operations services to over 900 U.S.-based Investment Strategists, Portfolio Managers, and Relationship Managers. She earned an excellent reputation as a thought leader in the investment performance and reporting industry, driving major redesign initiatives and implementations to create ‘centers of excellence’ and ‘investment performance as a service’ models.

Detweiler attended the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. She also holds a CFA – Investment Foundations certification.
